Thank you for your interest in becoming at vendor at the Conover Farmers Market.
We are currently accepting applications for the 2023 Christmas Market on Saturday, November 18, and for the 2024 Season, which runs from May 4th to August 31st.
The market is held every Saturday at the Conover Post Office (109 1st St. E) in downtown Conover from 8 AM to 12 PM.
Returning vendors must reapply, and acceptance is not guaranteed. CFM Staff will contact every applicant with the final decision.
$15 per week
Once your application has been submitted, it will be reviewed by the Board of Directors for a tentative decision within 1-2 weeks. A final decision will be made following a farm inspection and review. For crafters, 3 – 5 pictures of items you expect to sell will need to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days after your application.
Please note that all vendors must grow/produce 100% of their products within a 75-mile radius, with mandatory farm inspections for every vendor. All bakers must have a current inspection on their home baking facility from NCDA&CS. Non-produce vendors are required by the state to have a Certificate of Registration for sales tax displayed in their booth.
